Dr. Bhindu has 13 years of experience after completing her MD Paediatrics from Calicut Medical college in 2007. She completed her fellowship in Neonatology from KIMS Trivandrum and has been practicing neonatology since then.

Dr. Bindhu is a reputed pediatrician from Perinthalmanna with many years of experience. She is a dedicated Neonatologist (caring for newborn babies) with vast experience in managing many preterm and low birth weight babies with complications including those needing advanced ventilator care.

She is a professor in Paediatrics and a keen teacher who is heading the neonatology department in the medical college and is involved in training many undergraduate and postgraduate medical students under her. She has contributed articles in many medical journals. She is an excellent writer and regularly contributes to articles concerning social issues in magazines. She is an active member of IMA and WIMA (women’s wing of IMA).
